Pilates is one of the hottest fitness trends in America. Pilates is a sequence of full body exercises that focus on the stabilizing muscles of the abdomen and back.

General Information
  • Instructor: Jen Estrada
  • In this 8-week class, we’ll blend some of the Pilates techniques with many of the flexibility movements of Yoga for a great non-impact workout. This unique approach encourages stronger, longer and more flexible muscles while improving body awareness and concentration.
  • Beginners are encouraged to attend as everyone participates at his or her own pace.
  • Bring your own mat or pillow and wear athletic pants or shorts.
