Pilates is one of the hottest fitness trends in America. Pilates is a sequence of full body exercises that focus on the stabilizing muscles of the abdomen and back.
Instructor: Jen Estrada
In this 8-week class, we’ll blend some of the Pilates techniques with many of the flexibility movements of Yoga for a great non-impact workout. This unique approach encourages stronger, longer and more flexible muscles while improving body awareness and concentration.
Beginners are encouraged to attend as everyone participates at his or her own pace.
Bring your own mat or pillow and wear athletic pants or shorts.
