Let your child experience the history and culture of Ireland. Parents are encouraged to drop
off students and can watch during the "open class" on the last week and the class performance. Information about purchasing formal Irish Dancing Gillies (shoes) and
Irish Dance Practice Music will be given the first week of class.
Advanced Irish Dance Camp
For dancers in or advancing to prizewinner level in the fall The new dancing terminology for these levels: Bun Grad C and Pre-Open). Class size is limited to 12 dancers so we can safely follow social distancing protocol. Class will be held both outside and inside the building. Face masks are required when we are inside. Camp will focus on fishing the advanced choreography in soft and hard shoe dances. Dancers must bring their lunch, water bottle, sneakers and dancing shoes.
Open to dancers who are still learning their steps and have not preciously competed in an Oireachtas. We will be working on mastering jig and hornpipe steps.
Prize winner class
Open to returning students who are actively competing in the prize winner level. This class is geared towards dancers learning their advanced choreography.
Requirements: Sneakers or any type of soft dancing shoe, comfortable clothes.
