Adult Evening Yoga - Our new evening yoga class with Dawn is designed for a more individualized experience. We will take advantage of a longer savasana to allow you more time to destress and practice self care. The class is limited to seven participants and will run for 75 minutes. (No class on 10/12)

Adult Morning Yoga
 - Let Dawn guide you through gentle yoga moves that are perfect for all levels. Learn breathing and relaxation techniques to take off the mat and out into the real world. Enjoy some stretching and leave class feeling calm and rejuvenated! This class is in a larger setting for a more group feel. (For the 11/18/2020 - 1/13/2021, there will be no class on 12/30/2020
